Gibsonville, NC

The Town of Gibsonville is known as the City of Roses because of the rose bushes that ran along the railroad tracks that train passengers could see when coming through Gibsonville. The Town is one of our favorite small towns in the Piedmont Region because of the number of small shops and restaurants that are starting to fill the old buildings. Gibsonville can trace its history back to 1775 and has an interesting history that includes gold mining in the 1800s. Gibsonville is a perfect day-trip town.
