The High Point Museum is a fun way to learn more about High Point and the NC Triad. You will learn everything from where High Point got its name to the history of Thomas Built Buses. The Museum also has a Furniture Heritage Exhibit highlighting the furniture industry’s importance to High Point. The Historical Park on the Museum grounds features three buildings that are generally open on the weekends to walk through. We really enjoyed the Museum and appreciated the hands-on experiences that the Museum provided for our kids and us.
