The North Carolina Veterans Park features various monuments, memorials, and exhibits that highlight the state’s military history and the contributions of its veterans. The Park aims to educate visitors about the experiences of North Carolina’s military personnel and foster a sense of appreciation for their service. The Park is incredibly maintained, and we found the entire Park to be a powerful reminder of our military veterans’ sacrifices. One of the displays that really moved us was the handmolds of veterans from all of North Carolina’s 100 counties.
