GIA Distillery offers a hand-crafted touch on its products by blending their experiences and styles from Sicily and Asheville. They are located in an old train station in Madison, NC that is a part of the Madison Social District, and you can visit their tasting room on Fridays and Saturdays to try their products or get a cocktail (they produce a lot of their own mixers). They also produce Grappa, which is fairly unique in North Carolina and another reason to pay them a visit.
