The town’s food scene is also enriched by the Carteret Catch program, which connects local restaurants with sustainable, locally caught seafood from the working watermen of Carteret County. On the drinks side, Fishtowne Brew House and Mill Whistle Brewing anchor the local craft beer scene, while Cru Wine Bar Coffee Shop & Wine Store brings a well-curated wine selection and morning coffee program to downtown Beaufort.
