Reynolda House – Perimeter Trail

The Reynolda House Perimeter Trail, located within the historic Reynolda Estate in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, offers a delightful outdoor experience for visitors. This trail spans approximately 1.5 miles and features a mix of terrains, including wood chips, gravel, and pavement, providing a serene walk through diverse landscapes. It winds through woodlands and meadows and is near the Reynolds Family Boathouse, which sits on the remnants of what was once Lake Katharine, now an educational wetland.

The trail is part of Reynolda’s 125-acre grounds, which also include the Reynolda Gardens, but dogs are only permitted on this trail if they are leashed. It’s an ideal setting for bird watching, hiking, and enjoying the natural beauty of the area, making it a popular choice for both locals and visitors seeking a peaceful retreat.
